Our shipments are entrusted to express couriers at out discretion.
These couriers allow us to deliver our goods in Italy (excluding the islands) within 24/48 hours from collection, unless prevented from doing so due to force majeure.
Delivery times are increased slightly for deliveries abroad, subject to requests for special delivery services (with the consequent adjustment of shipping rates).
Couriers do not deliver at weekends or on public holidays.
It is important to note that:
If delivery is not made within 24/48 hours because the address indicated is incorrect, the courier will contact you directly. If, however, delivery is not possible because the recipient is out, the courier will leave a note indicating a telephone number to call.
Any second attempts to deliver shall not entail any additional cost.
The courier cannot ask you to go and retrieve the package from its depot since the courier is obliged to personally deliver the package to you.
The package may NOT be left outside your door, in your garden or elsewhere under any circumstances whatsoever.
After two failed attempts to deliver, the package will be taken to the courier’s depot. If this happens we will contact you to release the package and ensure that it is delivered as soon as possible. In this case you will not be expected to pay anything, but simply wait until the package is released for re-delivery.
NOT expect delivery at a fixed time.
NOT expect the courier to call you before making a delivery, unless it is to ask for directions to the address.
